well, there is a simple way to do that.
Just open your excel worksheet having required data and chart and goes to "file' tab,
After that click on button "save as"
There will be a dialog in the save as . You can choose the file type to webpage .html or .htm. That will save your file in the form of html.
In case you wanted to a file of only selected selected cell or chart you can do that with the same procedure by selecting them first.

There are two ways this can be done. One of them is quite simple and straightforward. It is also easier than the other method.
Method 1:
1. Open the Microsoft Excel file containing the workbook with data and charts.
2. Click the File tab and then on the Save as menu option.
3. Select Webpage in the Save as type: dropdown box in the Save as Window.
4. Click the Save button.
Method 2:
This method makes use of the Internet Assistant Wizard in Microsoft Excel. This is an add-in wizard that converts spreadsheet data into HTML format. You can also use this to create new Excel files to be viewed online.
