hey dear here's ur answer
additive inverse of -0.8 is 0.8 as (0.8+-0.8=0)
and multiplicative inverse of 0.2 is 10/2 (as 0.2×10/2=1)
so there fore the product of 0.8 and 10/2 is
4
hope it helps

Given:

Two numbers -0.8 and 0.2.

To find:

The product of the additive inverse of -0.8 and the multiplicative inverse of 0.2.

Solution:

As we know an additive inverse of a number 'x' is the number that is added to the number so that the sum becomes 0.

So, the additive inverse of x is -x.

Also,

the multiplicative inverse of a number 'y' is the number that is multiplied by y so that the product becomes 1.

So, the multiplicative inverse of y is 1/y.

Now,

as given,

we need to find the product of the additive inverse of -0.8 and the multiplicative inverse of 0.2.

So,

the additive inverse of -0.8 is 0.8.

Also,

the multiplicative inverse of 0.2 or 1/5 is 5.

So,

0.8 \times 5

 = 4

Hence, the product of the additive inverse of -0.8 and the multiplicative inverse of 0.2 is 4.
