A Fuse is a safety device which prevents Excessive Current From Flowing Into The Circuit.

️The Fuse Is Made Up Of Alloy which is a High Resistance Wire But with Low Melting Point.

️If there was no fuse in the circuit, serious damage could be caused to the wiring.

️It could get so hot and it catches fire, which might start a fire in the building.

️That is why they use circuit breakers.

️allowing excess electric current to flow through its circuit causes the wire inside the fuse to melt and breaka the flow of current.

️a breaker acts kind of similar to a fuse in that it opens a circuit when excessive current flows.
