What is the purpose of using Led bulbs? Write the advantages and disadvantages.

ADVANTAGES OF USING LED BULBS:-

=>They save electricity.

=>They save around 80% of more electricity than those traditional bulbs.

=>No hazardous substances which can harm the environment.

=>They produce cold light which doesn't disturbs our eyes and using them in vehicles will cause 15% less accidents.

=>LED bulbs uses direct lights so no light pollution.

=>Possibility of skin damage is less because they don't contain UV rays.

=>They r easy to install.

=>No need for excessive maintenance.

=>They r rust proof.

=>They don't flicker.

=>They dont attract bugs and instects too.

=>Mostly they r made up of plastic and so they r more safe.

DISADVANTAGES OF USING LED BULBS:-

=>LED bulbs are most costlier than those traditional bulbs so it doesn't fits in everyone's pocket.

=> LED bulbs only works till a certain temperature the more of than limit or the less of the limit can cause device failure. It only works from  -40°C to +50°C.

First of all you should know what are LED bulbs.LED stabds for light Emitting diode they are widely used for lightning purpose in houses.


They work on the basis of junction diode application.

Purpose of using LED bulbs

--- They are more efficient to use than traditional bulbs.

Advantages of LED

I) They use much less energy than bulbs.

II) They can be used by the solar energy.

Diadvantages of LED

I) More costlier than bulbs.

II) They get fused frequently.
