A human eye can adapt to the light with wavelength from about 390 to 700 nanometers. This range of wavelength falls in the visible region of the electro-magnetic spectrum. Light falls in visible region of spectrum is visible to human eye.
The light which falls on the fall or pass through the eye has no lasting effects on the eyes however serves to direct vision and cardiac rhythm of the body.
