For getting admission in ECE whether Warangal or Trichy you must required minimum 245 marks (for general) in JEE Mains. For others it will less than 245 but still high. So you need very hard work to get your dream.

Taking into account the recent changes in Jee ranking procedure , you must get close to 240 marks to bag ECE at Nitw or NitT.

I suggest you to opt NitT ECE as NitT stands first in ECE engineering programme amonsgt all the Nits in the country.

If you’re in dilemma between Cse and Ece , I tell you, go for Cse. I’ve seen many of my friends struggle to get their branch changed from ECE to CSE after their first year. Branch change does happen but you need to get close to 9.8 GPA which is not too easy. Both the branches are of equal importance but I got to hear from my fellow mates that Ece class schedule is really tiresome. If you’re interested in coding, go for cse.

And yeah , 240 marks was for general category. If you belong to OBC category, you should get close 210 marks and 160 for SC/ST’s.
