I Hope this is the right answer.

let radius of the sphere = r
ratio= total surface area of hemi sphere/radius^2
total surface area of hemi sphere=3*pi*r^2
=(3*pi*r^2)/r^2
=3*pi
=3*22/7
=66/7
=66:7
