what is the rationalizing factor of root 8

hey mate here is ur ans

rationalising means making an surd into rational number 
here 
√8=√4*√2
√8=2*√2
=2√2
then here i simplified that question i got 
2√2
i have said that rationlising means converting into rational 
here 2√2 is not a rational 
so, im converting 
im multiplying 2√2 by √2 THEN we get 
4 as number 
here, 4 is a rational number so, rationalising factor of √8 is √2
