The answer is option : A. H2O2 .

Expected  reaction is:

2 H2O2 ==> 2 H2O  + O2

This reaction speed could be increased by means of the addition of catalyst enzyme who speedup reaction but don’t take part in the reaction.  

The substrate would be hydrogen peroxide(H2O2) which is a reactive oxygen species or ROS.

Hydrogen peroxide is dangerous because it is capable to oxidize other substance and should be broken down to water(H2O) and oxygen(O2) to prevent damaging the cell.
