reading shown by the voltmeter  From the mark 0 v  to 3.0 v would be 0 to 3V

Voltmeter is used to display Voltage reading.

In general voltmeter will display reading as per scale given

for 0 - 3 V , it will display 0 - 3V

but we can use PT ( potential transformer ) to see higher voltage readings

depending on PT  turn ratio

for example PT 5: 1

using PT 5:1  mark  0 v  to 3.0 v will be actually  0 - 15 V
