the cloud was bust and they cause flood

n what the cause of busting of clouds..
when water evaporates rapidly and they condense and form of cloud and cloud is heavy so they suddenly gives rain and flood is coming

The reason behind Kedarnath disaster is that there was a hole in the Clouds
bt clouds are made up of gases so what the hole means
