what is the reason for appearing the sky white in noon hours ? is it scattering or converse of dispersion of light? plz give me quick answer​

No scattering occurs as the sun is perpendicular to the earth and the light travels straightly without any refraction.

Explanation:

During noon time the sun gets the closest position towards the earth or it's mutually perpendicular to the earth and no refraction occurs and hence the light travels the shortest distance. Hence the light appears in its original colour i.e. white.
