Explanation:

PLAINS ARE FORMED WITH ALLUVIAL SOILS WHICH ARE VERY FERTILE,SO SUPPORT AGRICULTURE. THE RUGGED SURFACE OF PLATEAU MAKES IRRIGATION DIFFICULT WHEREAS PLAINS PROVIDE MUCH IRRIGATION FACILITIES. PLATEAU REGION DOES NOT HAVE ANY PERENNIAL RIVER, WHEREAS PLAIN REGIONS HAVE PERENNIAL RIVERS.

Answer:

release more suitable for cultivation of plant because plane has a plane surface which led the more retention water capacity of soil. plain soils are more porous and have a loose texture that led the easy pentration of plants' root. but let us have a heart side and they are also full of minerals but that soil texture is very hard so we can't do plugging on it which is a very easy step for the agriculture of plant.
