before giving loans a bank ensures about the finfncial capacity of the borrower to repay the loan.for this certain conditions have to be fullfilled.
if the bank is not satisfied with the paying capacity of the person or if the person fails to submit anything as collateral then banks might be unwilling to lend to certain borrowers
