Parrot belong to class Aves and Monkey and cat belong to class Chordata...
The major differce is that organisms belonging to Chordata have a notochord and a post anal tail which is absent in parrot . The other differences are the presence of a preen gland , features , 4chambered heart , spindle shaped body , beaks and wings .
