what is the reasons why cockroach is under the kingdom animalia

The biggest reason is it does not have CELL WALL. Species kept under Kingdom ANIMALIA doesn't have cell wall.
In Animalia it is kept under Phylum ARTHROPODA because it has 3 pairs of legs.
In Phylum ARTHROPODA it is kept under Class INSECTA because it has 3 pairs of thoraxic legs (it means that the 3 pairs of legs which cockroach have is on thoraxic region).
Its biological name is Periplanata.
