3.Combine milk, cornstarch, vanilla, egg yolks, and salt.
4.Add the hot milk, sugar, and cocoa powder mixture into the large bowl.
5.Cook the mixture over a medium-high heat for 5 minutes, until it boils.
6.Simmer the mixture for 2-3 minutes until it thickens.
7.Divide the pudding into 6 small cups.
8.Place a piece of plastic wrap tightly over the top of each cup.
9.Leave the puddings in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
10.Place a dollop of whipped cream onto each chocolate pudding.
11.Store any leftover pudding in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
