When we do strenous or vigorous exercise our breathing
becomes faster and our muscles switch from aerobic to anaerobic respiration.
When our muscles respire anaerobically,the end products are lactic acid and a little energy.
Pyruvic acid---------->Lactic Acid+ Energy(2ATP)
This lactic acid gets frozen in our muscles which causes muscle pain/cramps.
