Radius of curvature is the distance from mirror to the centre of the sphere of which the mirror is a part.

In a spherical mirror, the radius of curvature of a spherical mirror is twice its focal length.

Mathematically, we can write it as:

 \boxed{ \text{R= 2f}} \\ \\ or \: \: \boxed{ \text{f = } \frac{ \text{R}}{2} }
