Heyy Mate Here Is ur Answer....

.

.

.There is a strong connection between work and energy, in a sense that when there is a net force doing work on an object, the object's kinetic energy will change by an amount equal to the work done: Note that the work in this equation is the work done by the net force, rather than the work done by an individual force.

Answer:

I would say that Work is energy transferred during a transformation involving movement.

If you take a brick and lift it to a certain height you are transferring energy to the brick doing work...you can picture the energy inside your body going out and ending up in the brick that now will have Potential Energy.

If you have a hot gas inside a cylinder with a piston you can release the piston and see the piston move pushing....a brick! In this case Internal Energy of the hot gas was transferred (and the gas cools down) through Work to the brick that now moves with a certain speed...it has Kinetic Energy!
