Disaster management is to take precautions before occurrence of disasters such as earthquake, floods, etc.

weather forecasting and disasters management are related to each other because weather forecasting only gives information about the disasters before.

for example if weather forecasting says that floods are going to occur disaster management tries to make necessary changes by moving people to safe places etc.
