1.Financial Management is the branch of management of Effectively raising and utilizing of funds,while Financial accounting is realted to Financial statements of accounts such as Profit and loss ac. and balance sheet.
2. In Financial accounting , the recording of entries done but analysis is a part of Financial mgnt.
3. In financial accounting , the Recording is based on accrual basis but In Financial mgnt. ,the Analysis is based upon Cash basis.
