i know only first one

That is -

as we know when water changes into its vapour form it breaks it boundary by taking the heat from particular object and some amount of heat from atmosphereand then it breaks its surface boundary so that they have gained enough kinetic energy to move in atmosphere.so they have high kinetic energy they move fastly and very far and away from each other.
