even though the women and men do the same type of work women are payed less wages than men
due to the difference in the physical strenght the women are not allowed into all types of activities
because of the gender bias women are not getting proper recognition in their work place
these all are happening beacuse ours is a male dominated society this gave a chance for gender bias in our country
