Let p/q is a fraction. Where q is not equal to 0.

reciprocal of p/q = q/p

if a/b is a fraction and b≠0 then it's reciprocal is b/a

reciprocal of 5/3 is 3/5

reciprocal of -9/7 is 7/-9

if you multiply these two you can get 1
this is nothing but multiplicative inverse of a number
