Constitution of India is the custodian of you as long as you live in this country.
Three important organs of democracy are: Legislature, Executive and Judiciary.
Constitution is the guide for all three.
When you talk about daily life, I suppose you are considering individual life.
Constitution shapes the individual. Here is how it does:
Article 14 - Right to Equality -You are treated equal before law
Article 15 - Right against Discrimination - You are not discriminated on any grounds.
Article 16 - You will get equal job opportunities
Article 17 - You are not untouchable anymore
Article 19 - You have all freedom to live in this country
Article 20 - You cannot be convicted for no reason
Article 21 - You have right to live with all dignity
Article 23 - You cannot be forced to labour.
Article 25 - You can follow any religion.
Religion is a way of life.
Above all, any article that doesn't comply with your fundamental rights is null and void by default. (Article 13)
Thanks.
