What is the role of a capillary in the control of the body temperature when a person is in a hot environment?

Blood vessels have the ability to dilate and constrict to control body temperatre. Whenbody temperature is too low, the tiny blood vessels near the surface of the skin (capillaries) constrict (vasoconscriction). This decreases the blood flow near the surface of the skin so less heat is lost through radiation.
