education is very important in human capital formation. Because people get job only by their education status . when they get job their salary is added in the national income. and thus helps in human capital formation. and educated people apply different ideas in different ways to develop the country. for more info check class ninth economics NCERT people as resource or google about it

The role of education in human capital formation is as follows:

1)An educated society facilities better development than an illiterate one.

2)Education provides new aspirations and imports a modern outlook to children.

3) Education makes peole concern for themselves and for others, improve productivity and prosperity and enriches life experience.

4)It not only contributes towards the growth of an individual but also towards the development of a society as a whole.

5) Education increases the national income along with other culture richness.
