In the Indian constitution the federalism is the division of power between the canter and the state .
two types of division of power:
1) horizontal division of power i.e. division of power between legislature ,executive and the judiciary(3 level of the government)
2)vertical division of power i.e. division of power between the supreme court ,high court ,local courts and the local courts
