health plays an huge role in human capital formation as we know who can work better- a sick person or a healthy person ..a sick labour without any medical facilities will be all most absent for work and there is loss of productivity. but an healthy person works regularly and earns more so expenditure on health is very important... i hope it will be helpful to you
