When human beings are developed through eduction, training and skills and are used as resources then they are termed as human capital. Health plays a major role in human capital formation as humans can only be trained and skilled when they are in good health conditions. Unhealthy youth only becomes a burden to a country. A clerk or an employee would be able to give full work to his office or organisation when his health condition will be better.
