Hey there!!

Haemoglobin is the oxygen carrier and we know that we need oxygen to break down food into simpler food molecules in order to get energy.

The haemoglobin present in RBC (red blood cells) has a very important role in carrying oxygen from cell to cell (i.e. from the lungs to the cells of other parts).

HOPE THIS COULD HELP!!!
