beacause if judiciary wont be there then who would protect you, your family
as judiciary is the protector of our fundamental rights
now see if the constitution makers would just have provided fundamental rights and not had given us judiciary then those fundamental rights would be like a broken umbrella which doesnt have any cloth to protect it from rain..
