in aerobic respiration experiment to prove it that in aerobic respiration there is intake of oxygen and release of CO2 there is a flask in which some germinating seeds are there and a tube is connected from the flask to a beaker of coloured water
after some time the coloured water is raised in the tube because there is a loss of oxygen in the flask which is used by germinating seeds in the flask a KOH tube is hanged under it which becomes weighty after that seeds release CO2 it absorbs it that's why weight of KOH increases
