what is the role of local people after contol of epidemic after disaster

  As for the role  of people after control of epidemic ,locals should not treat the sufferers who have been cured as untouchables or demons dians etc. and they should rather try to give them financial help.
And  As for the role  of people after a disaster they should give funds to the government,send food supplies and other basic necessities  to the millitants helping the disaster affected people.
