HERE'S YOUR ANSWER⬇️⬇️⬇️

Pancreatic enzymes break down food in the small intestine. When food enters the duodenum, it is deluged with pancreatic juice, which is defined as an alkaline secretion of thepancreas containing enzymes that aid in the digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and fats.

when the food enters the duoldenum it is deluged with pancreatic juice which is defined as an alkaline secretion of pancreas containing enzymes that aid in the digestion of protein carbohydrates and fats because all the major nutrients are break down completely or partially broken down by the enzymes from the pancreas we just see how vital is this to digestion .
