the nucleus of most cells contains a substnce that suspends structures inside the nuclear membrne. Just like the cytoplasm found inside a cell, the nucleus contains nucleoplasm, also known as karyoplsm. ... Many substances such as nucleotides and enzymes are dissolved in the nucleoplasm.

in a cell, it contains a cytoplasm. just like that nucleolus also contains nucleolus plasm. it is also known as karyoplasm or nucleus sap. it is a type of protoplasm that is made up mostly of water. it's main function is to serve as a suspension substance for the organelles inside the nucleus. It also helps maintain the shape and structure of the nucleus, and plays an important role in the transportation of materials that are vital to cell metabolism and function.

hope this helps frnd!!!
