Hey there mate, here's your answer :

These are male accessory glands which provides certain nutritions and helps in coagulation of semen, in male reproductive organ, respectively.

Detail explanation:

Seminal vesicle : It is internally lined by glandular epithelium which secretes seminal fluid which is lubricating, transparent and jelly like substance which makes 60 - 70% part of semen. Fructose is found in seminal fluid which acts as a fuel to sperm. Fibrinogen, prostaglandins, citric acid, inositol and several other proteins are present in semen.

Prostate gland : This gland secretes slightly alkaline fluid which is milky, thick and sticky or jelly like. It forms 30% of the semen and helps in sperm activation. It consists of profibrinolysin(inactive) and clotting enzyme. The clotting enzyme occurs the coagulation of sperm in male genital tract inorder to prevent sperm motility and conserve the energy to be used in female genital tract.  The profibrinolysin gets active in female genitalia that breaks the coagulation and allows the sperm movement.

Hope this helps you.

                        WISH YOU LUCK!!
