Vasopressin increase the reabsorption of water from kidney tubules.

The other function of ADH or vasopressin is it constricts blood vessels with the rise in blood pressure.

1) Adh increases the reabsorption of water from the urine in reneal system back into the blood.

2) it increases intravascular fluid volume and decrease the amount of urine voided out of the body.

3) thus Adh conserve water in kidneys returns that fluid back to the general circulation..
