The sedimentation co-efficient for eukaryotic mitochondria is 70S.
(An aggregate of 50S and 30S)

satadal63: No didi... I think ribosome of eukaryotic CELL is 80s... but it's less in mitochondria... in one book it's written 55s and in another 70s... that created my confusion
