The shape of RBC is Biconcave disc- like structure 
This shape helps RBCs to move trough blood and deliver the hemoglobin

The Amoeba have not a definite shape .It can change its shape by pseudopodia .
this shape helps in endocytosis(engulfing the food )

RBC  (Red Blood Cell) - RBC serve as a function for transport of oxygen across the body, because it contains hemoglobin (oxygen carrier)  .
