The presence of clouds made it unsafe to travel by air because there were chances of a storm. They were so huge and dark that the pilot compared them with “black mountains”. He knew he couldn't pass them as it was impossible to go above them or escape them with the amount of fuel that was left in the last tank.

When the pilot of Dakota was lost in the storm, then in the black clouds quite near him , he saw another aeroplane that had no lights on its wings, but he could see it flying next to his Dakota aeroplane through the storm. He was able to see that pilot's face who turned towards him. To that the pilot of Dakota was very glad to see another person. He lifted one hand and waved . The other pilot was trying to say to follow him. So , the Dakota's pilot thought that he was trying to help him. So, on the instructions given by the other pilot he began to follow his aeroplane. Slowly towards the north. After half an hour now he was out of that stormy black cloud . Then he safely landed . In this way the pilot of the Dakota aeroplane got rescued
