Each kidney is about 4 or 5 inches long, roughly the size of the large fist .The kidney job is to filter your blood.

⏩ The size of kidney depends upon the size of the body..The normal adult male kidney is about 11 centime long and the normal female kidney if of 10 centimetres long.....The size of the right kidney is just a slightly longer than that of left kidney.
