& r = height
then ,
ar(ABC) = Ar(AOB) +Ar(BOC)+Ar(AOC)
1/2*AB*BC = 1/2*AB*r +1/2*BC*r+1/2*AC*r
1/2*14*48 = 1/2*14*r +1/2*48*r + 1/2*50*r
14*24 = 7*r + 24*r + 25*r
336 = (7+24+25)*r
336 = 56*r
r = 336/56
r = 6
So, your answer is 6.
