2x + y = 95 eq2

First add both equations

3x + 3y = 165

Take 3 common

x + y = 55 eq3

Now subtract eq1 from eq2 equation

x - y = 25 eq4

Now solve eq3 and eq4 we get

2x = 80

x = 40

Put x in eq 3

40 + y = 55

y = 15

Hence x = 40 and y = 15
