According to the Indian Constitution there are 6 basic fundamental rights of the Indian citizens, which are

1- Right to equality ( Article 14, 15, 16, 17, 18)

2- Right to freedom (Article 19,20,21,22)

3- Right against exploitation (Article 23 and 24)

4- Right to freedom of religious (Article 25,26,27 and 28)

5- Cultural and Educational right ( 29, 30 and 31
