As we know India is sub divideded and each division has their own culture and tradition.
so overall we can say that India is a mixture of all tradition and culture practice in each part of India.
For example - Now we all are celebrating navaratri. it is an Hindu parv as it is celebrated differently in each part of India. like in bengal they make the celebration of navaratri in different way by wearing new saries all the 9 days.
In Gujarat all celebrate by dancing with dandies and whole dress up is also different.
So, like this way their is different traditions in different part of India.
But in spite of these differences their are many similarities like their is no restrictions for any caste or religion for celebrating any festival. all are celebrating it with love and devotion towards god.
Inspite their are many monuments like Taj Mahal (seventh wonder of the world) ,made by shah jahan. , qutom minar, and many palaces of kings .
Their are many religions place which we call 12 jyotarling and their stories are really amazing.
Now it's time for some foody knowledge. Their are many things famous all over India like in Bengal - rasogulla, and their delicious sweets are famous.
Gujarat - jalebi fafda, undiyo etc and they are really very tasty.
East nimar - dal bati, churma etc are very famous.
Punjab - makke ki roti sarso ka saag.
I don't have words how I show you the speciality of India it's amazing.
India has a very good survival instinct.
Ancient times had a lot of civilizational centers but only a few survived the ages.
1)Troy and Knossos very went at a very early stage.
2) The Central-Asian Tribes and the Mongols today are not even a shadow of what they were at a time.
3)The Greeks and the Romans also left their religions and fell to Christianity which they initially disliked.
While the Indian Civilization had all the reasons to have been demolished like others, it didn’t.
It suffered invasions which could have destroyed the ancient structure( Hindus still follow many practices that were followed by the people from Indus Valley Civilization, Vedic times and the Classical Era), it had very long periods of disunity and internal fights which could have ended the possibility of a nation unified and existing without resort to force.
And as the 200 years old cycle of European domination ends, India and China are very rapidly coming back as very important factors in the world power equation.
I think India and China both have the ability to adapt to the changing situations and remaining original to themselves as much as possible. And it makes both of them unique from rest of the world.

LANGUAGES: Innumerable languages are the real beauty of India. Many might think this as a disadvantage. But it simply explains the Linguistic richness of India. It is real that there is no such country has this much of languages that vary from State to state. I want to add that after independence, Sardar vallabhai Patel separated the states only based on languagesDRESS STYLE: Dress for both men and women is different from State to state. Here, the dress is not a style, it is completely relating to tradition. Saree is a unique Indian dress.
FOOD ITEMS: Food items are the most special in India in which It will take more than one month just to categorize the food items. The Indian food is itself a medicine.
TEMPLES : Temples are the Heart of Indian tradition. Temple architecture is the most admirable and cannot be built even in the presence of advanced technologies.
MONUMENTS: Tajmahal and other monuments are the world famous architectures.
DANCES: Each state has unique dances which depict epic stories.
CLASSICAL MUSIC: It is like an Ocean were more than 10 years of serious practice is needed to expertise in this extraordinary music.
ENRICHED HOLY SCRIPTS: India is an Ocean of holy books like Vedas, Ramayana, Mahabharata, Upanishads, Puranas,etc.,
DRAMA AND MOVIE: Drama of epics were famous before independence and movies in each States has its specialty names such as Bollywood, Kollywood, Tollywood, Sandalwood, Bhojpuri,etc.,
