one evening when gyan babu returned from his college, he was very much perturbed. his principal had asked him to turn the lady out of his house. she was the wife of a freedom fighter. it was the order of the commissioner. but gyan babu did not yield before them. he resigned from his post. his resignation opened the eyes of the principal. he and the commissioner both asked him many questions and were. satisfied that gyan babu had no connection with the movement of freedom.
