What is the state of water of at 100 drgree celling term drgree Celsius and 4 drgree Celsius?

100 degree celsius one starts changing to gaseous state but at 4 degree celsius it is at liquid state . extending that point will cause it to change in solid state

At 100℃ or above temperature ,water evaporates and turns gaseous.
&
At 0℃ water is in freezing and liquid state both states
&
At 1℃ or above water is definitely in liquid state till 100℃
So, at 100℃ , it will be in gaseous state and in 4℃ it will be in liquid state.
