Structures of court in India

  • Three different levels of courts in our country there are several courts at the lower level while there is only one at the apex level the code that most people interact with what are called subcontinent aur district courts the solution at the district or table cell level or in towns and they have any kinds of cases .

  • State is divided into district that are produced in our by district judge each state has a high court which is the highest court of that state .

  • At the top is the supreme court is located in New Delhi and it is presided over by the Chief Justice of India .

The distance made by the supreme court or binding on all other Courts in India
